The Board of Education of the Scarsdale Union Free School District will hold the following meetings on Monday, September 14, 2026, in Room 170-172 at Scarsdale High School, 2 Brewster Road, unless noted otherwise.
At 5:00 p.m., the Board will convene a Special Meeting with the Scarsdale Teachers Association in the High School Learning Commons.
At 6:00 p.m., the Board will convene a Special Meeting. It is anticipated that the Board will enter into an Executive Session to discuss matters related to current litigation.
At 6:30 p.m., the Board will convene a Business Meeting.
Highlights of the Business Meeting agenda include the following:
Cabinet Updates; A Consent Agenda, including a Personnel Report; Information and Discussion items, including the District Treasurer’s Report, budget transfers, the 2026 NYSSBA proposed bylaw and amendments and resolutions, the second reading of Policy #2210 - Board Organizational Meeting, the 2027-28 draft budget calendar, follow-up discussions regarding summer work and the Board Goals and Primary Objectives for the 2026-27 school year, and gift proposals exceeding $1,000.00; and Action items including, the fall STI courses, proposed new textbooks, Policy 2210 - Board Organizational Meeting, budget transfers, and gift proposals to Edgewood, Fox Meadow, and Greenacres Elementary Schools, and the Middle School and High School.
